Rooms and facilities
Fell Residency is open from January 10 - May 31 and from August 15 to December 15.
The bedrooms are accessed through a communal hallway. At the end of the hallway is a small study facing south, a perfect spot to sit down with a book and a cup of coffee or just to chat, on its two comfortable sofas.
6-8 individuals can stay in the house at any given time. Two double and two single rooms are available for rent. All the rooms are bright and offer a nice view, ideal for writing and reflection.
The kitchen is equipped with all necessary culinary devices, a fridge, a stove, a baking oven, microwave and dishwasher. There is plenty of space for preparing and eating meals, as it is possible to sit down and eat by the kitchen island or the dining table.
The house has two restrooms and one shower. The laundry room has a washing machine and dryer, as well as an outdoor clothesline.
A double room (for two people):
- Room count: 2
- Rent for week: 45.000 kr. per week ≈ 325 EUR
- Two 90 cm beds which can either be pushed together or kept separate. The room also includes a bedside table, a closet, writing desk and chairs.
Included in rent
Included in the price are towels and bedclothes, sanitary products, WiFi and access to communal spaces. Guests take care of their own washing and cleaning.

- One 120cm bed. The room also includes a bedside table, a closet, writing desk and chairs.
