The duration of each stay is at minimum one week and 12 weeks at the most.

The rent price for a one-week stay is as follows:
A single room (for one person): 30.000 ISK or 220 EUR
A double room (for two people): 45.000 ISK or 325 EUR

Period is in weeks and there are arrival and departure days on Fridays.
Check-in at 17:00
Departure at 12:00

Included in the price are towels and bedclothes, sanitary products, WiFi and access to communal spaces.

Guests take care of their own washing and cleaning.
